JG Thirlwell has created an amazing volume of output since the early 1980’s and really helped solidify the genre we call “industrial” after trailblazers like Throbbing Gristle, Suicide, and Einstürzende Neubauten.

It’s important to note, Foetus wasn’t really Foetus originally. Instead, he let loose a plethora of recordings under all sorts of Foetus variants before finally simplifying down to Foetus in 1995:
