Lt. Louie Scrapinetti

Lieutenant Louie Scrapinetti is a former police officer who was fired from his job becase of numerous complaints about his unseemly tactics. Together with several other former members of law enforcement who had found themselves in the same predicament, they came together to form the X-Cops and the rest is history.

Just kidding – the X-Cops are primarily composed of members of Gwar, and Scrapinetti is an alter ego of Michael Derks, who is more commonly known as Balsac the Jaws of Death.
